Task/Problem Overview
This document covers how to use the Savance Enterprise web application, as opposed to the Windows desktop application. Please note, the web application currently does not support file copying, barcode reading, and multiple monitors.
Log In Through A Web Browser
- Savance will provide you with the URL to the web application. Put this in your web browser.
- Now enter your Savance Enterprise credentials, also provided by Savance, and sign in.
- Now you will have access to the Savance Enterprise icon, which you will use to launch the web application.
- Wait for the web application to connect, and then enter your credentials when prompted.
- Once authenticated, you will now have access to the web application.
